We’ve had the privilege of running the stage at the Sydney Cherry Blossom Festival while supporting the creation of large-scale artworks for multiple years.
The 2024 stage, designed to celebrate Hello Kitty’s 50th birthday, hosted a program showcasing Japan’s vibrant culture, including Noriko Tadano’s soulful shamisen, the high-energy idol group FAEBLE, the Eisa Champ Roo Lion Dance, and a special appearance by Hello Kitty herself.
Behind the scenes, we delivered smooth bump-ins and bump-outs and collaborated with The Fourth Chamber to design interactive mural cut-outs, giving festivalgoers Instagrammable, immersive photo moments. These artworks not only celebrated Japan’s heritage but also added an extra layer of fun to the festival experience.
